RETURNS

The Small Print

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in an unused or unworn condition.


RETURN PROCESS


To return an item please contact us at adevamagic.co.uk or email info@adevamagic.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address. After receiving an RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided.


Adeva Magic Returns


Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to mail your return.


REFUNDS


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may 7-14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS


Worn Items of clothing cannot be returned or exchanged

Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order you will be notified.
